Company Settings Overview

Manage your company account, integrations, and personal settings from one centralized location using the Company Settings page accessible via your profile menu

The settings page bundles all central configurations for your company account in one place. Here you manage contract information, message templates, integrations, privacy settings, calendar connections, language preferences, and legal documents.

Structure and Navigation

You can access the settings through the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar. Clicking "Settings" opens the page at /company/settings. Navigation using the sidebar is described in "How to Navigate Instaffo with the Sidebar".

The page displays the title "Settings" at the top with the subtitle "Manage your account, integrations, and personal settings." Below that is a two-column layout: on the left is a sticky navigation that remains visible when scrolling. On the right is the scrollable content area with individual settings panels.

The left navigation is organized into three groups:

Company Settings contains company-wide sections like "Plan", "Templates", "ATS Integration", and "Privacy Automation".

Your Settings contains personal settings like "Interview Scheduling" and "Language".

Legal Information appears as its own section below, separated by a dividing line.

Each navigation item is an anchor link. Clicking it scrolls to the matching panel and updates the URL hash, for example /company/settings#templates. The currently visible section is highlighted in the navigation. Browser back navigation and direct hash links also work.

Company Settings

Plan shows your current company contract. This section contains the plan name as well as start date, end date, cancellation notice period, and remaining duration. For plans with limited job slots, a visual indicator of job slots also appears, distinguishing between filled and available positions. A text line shows how many of the available job slots are currently in use. For Freemium plans, this section is not displayed.

Templates manages recurring messages centrally. This section is divided into three rows: Talent Feed for messages to talents from the talent feed, Rejections for rejection messages to talents, Chat Messages for messages in chat. Each row shows a brief description, the number of existing templates, and a "Manage" button on the right. This button opens a management modal where you can create, edit, and delete templates.

ATS Integration is a PRO section and enables the connection of an Applicant Tracking System. Several ATS logos are visible, such as Personio, d.vinci, softgarden, onlify, and rexx, supplemented by "and many more". The "Request Setup" button signals to your account manager that you want to set up an integration. Depending on your account status, the button may be disabled, with a note that your account manager has been informed. This section only appears under the appropriate onboarding and permission conditions. In the navigation it is marked with "PRO".

Privacy Automation is a PRO section and manages the privacy document that new talents should accept when applying. A shield icon and the status "Active" or "Inactive" show whether a policy is in place. The button on the right displays "Configure" if a document exists, or "Upload Document" if no policy has been added yet. This section is only visible if the corresponding PRO feature is enabled for your company.

Your Settings

Interview Scheduling controls your personal calendar connection for job interviews. Below that are cards for "Outlook Calendar" and, depending on the activated feature, "Google Calendar". A calendar card shows through a status icon and card status whether the connection is active, outdated, or blocked by another calendar connection. When not connected, there is a "Connect" button. For an outdated connection, "Reconnect" and "Remove" buttons appear. Only one calendar can be connected at a time. From other places in the product, such as a dashboard note about calendar connection, you can link directly to /company/settings#interview-scheduling.

Language determines which language the company section is displayed in for you. The available selection chips are "Deutsch" and "English", each with a flag. The currently selected chip is marked. This setting affects your personal display only, not the language for all team members.

This section contains no configuration forms, but external information links. The panel lists "Privacy Policy", "Legal Notice", and "Terms and Conditions". The links open the corresponding German or English version in a new browser tab.

Section Visibility

Which sections you see depends on your plan, company permissions, and enabled features. For example, a Freemium account does not see a Plan section. ATS Integration appears only with matching integration status, Privacy Automation only with the PRO feature enabled. PRO sections are marked both in the left navigation and on the respective panel. The navigation only displays the sections that are actually visible to you.
