What should I do if I can't log in?

You want to log into your company account, but it's not working?
Don't worry, here you'll find step-by-step instructions on what you can do.


Check your login details

If you see the error message "Invalid email or password", check your email address:

👉 Watch out for typos or extra spaces
👉 Use exactly the email address that's linked to your company account

You're landing in your talent profile instead of the recruiter area?

This happens when you log in with a wrong or personal email address:

  • Already registered as a talent? → You'll be logged directly into your talent profile
  • Not registered yet? → A new talent profile will be created automatically

Reset your password

Click on Reset password below the password field.

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Click on "Send link"
  3. You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password

Didn't receive an email?

Click on "Send again" and also check your spam folder.


Log in with your new password

  • Click on the link in the email
  • Set a new password
  • Then click on "Go to login" and sign in as usual
