Want to deactivate or delete your personal account or company profile on Instaffo? Here's what's possible and what you should know.
👤 Deactivating or Deleting Your Personal Account
Your personal account can't be deleted by yourself.
If you no longer need access, an administrator can remove you from the account using the "Team Members" feature.
Important:
Are you the only administrator? Then a new administrator needs to be added first.

If an active contract exists, we're required to continue providing the agreed services. This also includes the technical and content provisioning of your company profile.
Here's what that means:
A complete deletion of your company profile isn't possible while a contract is active.
