How do I transfer applications to our ATS?

Want to transfer an application from Instaffo to your ATS? In this article, you'll learn how to do it easily using the application overview.

How synchronization works

As soon as you move a talent from the "Screening/Application" phase to a more advanced phase like "Shortlist", the application automatically syncs with your ATS - provided the job posting is already linked.

Synchronization is controlled by the status change. This way, you stay in control of exactly when data gets transferred.

💡 Important: If you move a talent directly to the "Rejected" phase, no synchronization will be triggered.

• Click on the candidate card to open the detail view
• The Instaffo Assistant in the chat on the right will let you know whether the application was successfully transferred
• If not: Move the talent to the desired phase again, and the sync will be triggered once more
