How do I link a job to our ATS?

You're using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and want to connect your job posting with Instaffo? With the ATS integration, you'll save time and sync matching applications easily.

Link your job to the ATS - here's how

1. Open the job for editing
   Go to your job overview and click "Edit" for the position you want. You'll find the button on the right side next to the job title.

2. Start the ATS integration
   In edit mode, you'll find the link "Create ATS integration" below the "Publish changes" button. Click it to get started.

3. Integration window opens
   A window appears with the title "Link this job to your ATS".

4. Select the matching ATS job
   Click on the "Select job" dropdown and choose the matching position from your ATS. All available jobs are displayed in the list.

5. Confirm the integration
   Click "Create integration" to establish the connection and you're done ✅

What happens after linking?

• Applications with the status "Screening" are automatically transferred to your ATS
• You don't have to manually copy or enter anything anymore - we'll handle that for you
• Linked jobs are clearly marked in the job overview
