How the platform works

Instaffo's matching engine compares your job posting requirements with candidate profiles and automatically shows you the strongest matches. When a match fits your criteria, the candidate appears in your application pipeline. From there, you screen, build a shortlist, and start conversations without ever leaving the platform.

The core recruiting workflow runs in four steps:

1. Post a job
   Create a job posting in the Job Cockpit. Define the role, required skills, experience level, salary range, and remote policy. When you add a job description, matching skills are automatically pre-filled. Review and add to them before publishing. The more specific you are, the better matches you'll get.
2. Receive and screen applications
   Matching candidates appear in your application inbox. Review each profile, read the candidate's motivation, and move the ones you like to your active pipeline.
3. Chat with candidates
   Start a conversation right in Instaffo. No need to switch to email - all communication happens on the platform, so your entire recruiting process stays in one place.
4. Hire
   Once you've found the right person, mark the application as hired. If your plan includes ATS integration, the status automatically syncs with your external system.

ATS Integration
