How do I archive applications?

As an administrator, you can archive rejected or hired applications whenever needed, for example for data protection reasons.

📦 Here's how it works:

1. Open a rejected or hired application in the application overview
2. Click the ⋮ menu in the top right of the open sidebar
3. Click "Archive application" and confirm the archiving

Keep in mind that you can't undo archiving. If you hired someone through us, wait to archive the application until after we've sent you the invoice.
