What Roles Exist on Instaffo - and Who Can Do What?

Our platform has three core roles: Administrators, Team Members, and Reviewers. Everyone contributes to success - but each role comes with different permissions and access. Here's a quick overview of what each role can do.

🧑‍💼 Administrators - Full Control

Administrators have complete access:

• Can view and edit all jobs, chats, and notes
• Can manage team members (add, change roles, etc.)

💡 Tip: Click your name in the top right corner - "Team Members" to manage your team.

👤 Team Members - Focused Access

Team members only see what's relevant to them:

• Can view and edit assigned jobs, chats, and notes
• Can publish and manage their own jobs

🔑 How to Grant Access:
Go to Positions, select the position, and click "Edit".

• In the "Position Managers" section, you can add people who should have access to applications.

💬 Reviewers - For Feedback Requests

Reviewers help assess talent without platform access:

• Are automatically created when you send feedback requests via email
• Appear in the Team Overview under "Reviewers & Invited People"
• Can review application profiles that you've requested feedback on
• Cannot edit jobs
• Cannot view chats or files shared in chats
• Can write new notes but cannot view existing notes
• You can convert reviewers to team members with one click

📩 How to Invite Reviewers:

1. Go to your Application Overview and select an application.
2. Click the chat bubble in the top right to request feedback.
3. Enter new email addresses and invite reviewers directly.
