What happens when a talent applies directly and through Instaffo?

Some talents apply in parallel through multiple channels - for example, directly on your careers page and also through Instaffo. Here's how we handle that. 👇


If the talent applied through Instaffo first

In this case, the application is credited to Instaffo - even if the talent applies directly with you again later.

Exception:
If the direct application comes more than 12 months after the Instaffo application, we don't charge a fee.


If the talent applied directly with you first

If the talent applied directly through your homepage or other platforms first, no fee is charged.

📌 Important:

So we can assign this correctly, we need clear proof, for example:

  • Email with timestamp
  • Screenshot from your ATS or applicant tracking system

⚠️ Please reach out proactively to your account manager as soon as such a case comes up. We can only assign the application correctly with timely proof.
