What do I do if I want to reject multiple applications?

You've successfully filled a position and now want to send rejections to the remaining candidates?
Instaffo doesn't offer a bulk rejection feature.
However, with the Screening Mode, you can still reject multiple candidates efficiently and professionally, one after another.

Using Screening Mode

1. Open the Screening tab:

   Click on the "Screening" tab in the top menu bar under "Applications".
   Here you'll see a list of all new applications that haven't been screened yet.

2. Start screening:

   Select the candidate you want to reject or click on "Start screening".

3. Review the profile:

   Scroll through the candidate's profile to get an overview of their qualifications, work experience, and skills.

4. Start the rejection process:

   Click the "Reject..." button in the upper right area of the screen.
   A new window titled "Reject candidate" will open.

5. Select a message template:

   Open the "Select template" dropdown menu and choose an appropriate rejection template.

6. Confirm the rejection:

   Finally, click "Reject" to complete the rejection process.
