What does "hide job post" mean?

When you hide a job post, it will:

• no longer appear in matching
• no longer be suggested to talents as a new opportunity

In other words: Talents won't see the job post in their overview anymore.
But you can still actively reach out to suitable talents through the Talent Feed. 🎯

Why can some talents still see the job post?

Simple: When you interact with talents in the Talent Feed, they can still see the job post, for example:

• when you invite them using "Suggest job"
• when you save them using "Save"

Job Already Filled?

Use the "Deactivate" function if you've already filled your position. Just keep in mind that you won't receive any new applications and you'll lose access to the Talent Feed.

Any applications you've already received will of course be preserved.
