How do I reassign applications to another position?

You'd rather consider a talent for a different open position in your company? With the Instaffo Professional Package, it's super easy.
This way, you can place talents exactly where they'll shine the most. 💼✨

🚀 Moving an application – here's how

Note: This feature is exclusively available in the Instaffo Professional Package.

1. Select the application
   Go to your application overview and click on the card of the talent you want to move.

2. Open the move option
   In the profile, you'll find a switch symbol next to the job title on the right side.
   Click it and select "Move to another position".

3. Select the target position
   A dropdown window titled "Move application to another position" will open.
   Here you'll see all currently open positions.

4. Choose the new position
   Click on the position that's a better fit for the talent.
   It will then be automatically filled in the selection field.

5. Confirm the move
   Click "Move" to assign the talent to the new position.

After the switch, a new chat for the new position starts automatically while all your previous messages are kept, of course.

If you don't currently use the Professional Package, you can't move applications yourself.
