When applying, talents select which of the listed locations they'd like to work at. This info is always requested and comes directly from the talent.

In the application's matching details, you'll find:

Work location confirmed:
The talent has selected your job's location as an accepted work location.
You'll see either:

• Home address and distance to job location, or
• "Open to working at the job location"

Work location not confirmed:
The talent is not willing to work at any of the listed locations.
You'll see:

• "Preferred work location doesn't match"

Relocation readiness and Talent Feed

In the Talent Feed, you can spot relocation readiness with two tags:

• "Open to relocating" - Talent is generally open to moving
• "Location matches" - Talent lives within acceptable distance or directly at the location

Point right hand - This info is based on details in the talent's profile and helps you out before first contact.
