How can I archive applications?

As an Administrator, you can archive rejected or hired applications when needed, for example for data protection reasons.

📦 Here's how it works:

1. Open a rejected or hired application in the Applications overview
2. Click the ⋮ menu in the top right corner of the open sidebar
3. Click "Archive application" and confirm the archiving

Please note that you cannot undo archiving. If you hired someone through us, archive the application only after we've sent you the invoice.
