How can I archive applications?

As an administrator, you can archive rejected or hired applications if necessary, for example for data protection reasons.

📦 Here’s how it works:

1. Open a rejected or hired application in the applications overview
2. In the sidebar that opens, click the ⋮ menu in the top right
3. Click “Bewerbung archivieren” and confirm the archiving

Please note that you can’t undo archiving. If you hired someone through us, only archive the application after we’ve sent the invoice.

Would you like rejected applications to be archived automatically 3 months after the rejection? Get in touch with your Account Manager. Please note: When this feature is enabled, all existing applications whose rejection dates are more than 3 months ago will also be archived.
