How can I reject multiple applications at once?
Reject multiple applications at once by deactivating a job, selecting candidate stages to reject, and confirming to automatically notify all marked candidates.

A dialog box will appear with two options. Select Deactivate job and click Next. -

Select candidates to reject
After confirming, a dialog will appear with all open applications for this job. You'll see a pre-written rejection message that will be sent to the candidates. This includes placeholders like [First name], [Last name], and [Job title] that will be filled in automatically.
-
Mark application stages
Under Mark for rejection, all candidates are displayed grouped by their current stage (for example, Screening, Shortlist, First Interview, Second Interview). Check the boxes for all stages whose candidates you want to reject. -
Confirm rejection
The number of selected candidates is shown on the Reject button. Click Reject to reject all marked applications at once. Alternatively, you can click Skip, and no applications will be rejected. You'll need to reject them individually later.
After you click Reject, all selected candidates will be notified and the job will be deactivated. You won't have any open applications left once the job is closed on Instaffo.
