If a talent lives more than 100 km from the nearest location for your job, we ask them during the application which of your locations they’d be willing to work at. We don’t ask this question for remote jobs. The answer comes directly from the talent.
Where to find this in the screening list and detail view
The Standort column shows the talent’s place of residence, country, and distance from the nearest location for your job. A relocation truck icon next to their place of residence indicates that the talent would relocate for the job. The location icon under the conditions tells you why the location is a match:
- “Standort stimmt überein”: The talent lives no more than 50 km from the location.
- “Offen für Arbeit in …”: The talent confirmed in their application that they’d be willing to work at these locations.
- “Umzugsbereit”: According to their profile, the talent is willing to relocate, either within their own country or internationally.
If more than one option applies, the commuting range takes priority over the location confirmed in the application, and that takes priority over general willingness to relocate.
No location is a match:
If the talent rejects all your locations in their application, their willingness to relocate as listed in their profile applies. If that isn’t a match either and the job can’t be done remotely, you’ll see “Arbeitsmodus passt nicht”. The talent will then appear in the Nicht alle Rahmenbedingungen passen group.
Willingness to relocate in the Talent-Feed
In the Talent-Feed, you can spot willingness to relocate from two tags:
- “Umzugsbereit” → The talent is generally open to relocating
- “Standort stimmt überein” → The talent lives within an acceptable distance or directly at the location
