How Does the Invoicing Process Work at Instaffo?
Once you record a successful hire in your Instaffo account, the invoicing process starts automatically. Your invoice will then be sent quickly and without any hassle.
📅 When Is the Invoice Created?
The invoice is prepared right after you record the hire. You'll typically receive it shortly after the entry via email.
🕒 Payment Terms:
Standard payment is due in 14 days or as agreed in your contract.
🛠️ Any Special Requirements for Your Invoice?
If you need specific information on your invoice, for example:
- a different billing address
- a different invoice recipient
- a cost center, PO number, or other internal references
👉 Then please inform your Account Manager before recording the hire.
This way, we can create the invoice correctly from the start and avoid any unnecessary delays.
