How do I deactivate or delete my account or company profile?

Want to deactivate or delete your personal account or company profile on Instaffo? Here's what's possible and what you should keep in mind.

👤 Deactivating or deleting your personal account

Your own account cannot be deleted by yourself.
If you no longer need access, an administrator can remove you from the account using the "Team Members" feature.

Important:
Are you the only administrator? Then a new administrator must be added first.

🏢 Deleting your company profile - what you should know

If an active contract exists, we're required to continue providing the agreed-upon services. This includes the technical and content provision of your company profile.

Here's what that means:
Complete deletion of your company profile is not possible while a contract is active.
