What roles exist on Instaffo – and who can do what?

Our platform has three core roles: Administrators, Team Members, and Reviewers. Everyone contributes to success – but each role has different permissions and access levels. Here's a quick overview of who can do what.

🧑‍💼 Administrators – seeing everything

Administrators have full access:

• Can view and edit all jobs, chats, and notes
• Can manage team members (add them, change roles, etc.)

💡 Tip: Click your name in the top right → "Team Members" to manage your team.

👤 Team Members – focused access

Team Members only see what's relevant to them:

• Can view and edit assigned jobs, chats, and notes
• Can publish and manage their own jobs

🔑 How to grant access:
Go to Positions, select the position, and click "Edit".
→ In the "Position Owners" section, you can add people who should have access to applications.

💬 Reviewers – for feedback requests

Reviewers help evaluate talent without platform access:

• Are automatically created via email when feedback is requested
• Appear in the Team Overview under "Reviewers & Invited People"
• Can review application profiles for which feedback was requested
• Cannot edit jobs
• Cannot view chats or files shared in chats
• Can write new notes but cannot view existing notes
• You can convert reviewers to team members with one click

📩 How to invite reviewers:

1. Go to the Applications Overview and select an application.
2. Click the speech bubble in the top right to request feedback.
3. There you can enter new email addresses and invite reviewers directly.
