How do I create job postings with AI support? 🧪

What is AI Job Creation?

AI Job Creation is our new feature that helps you create job postings faster and more easily. Instead of filling in all the fields manually, you can simply paste your existing job description - our AI takes care of the rest! ✨

How it works

1. Enter the job title

Start like usual with the job title. You can either use a Job Radar job (title is already filled in) or manually create a new job.

2. Paste your job description

In the next step you'll see a large text field. Here you can paste your complete, existing job description (300-10,000 characters).

Tip: The more detailed your job description, the better our AI can extract the relevant information.

3. AI does the work for you

After you click "Auto-fill job", our AI analyzes your text and automatically extracts:

• Short role description
• Detailed responsibilities
• Requirements
• Team information
• Required languages

This takes a maximum of 10 seconds.

4. Review and adjust

In the following steps you'll see all auto-filled fields - they're clearly marked as "auto-filled". You can edit and adjust everything however you like.

Important formatting note: The original formatting of your text (bullet points, paragraphs, etc.) is currently not carried over. In the job description steps you can adjust the formatting to your liking - add bullet points, structure paragraphs, and optimize the text layout.

What happens if I skip this step?

No problem! You can skip the AI support anytime and fill in all the fields manually as usual. The job creation process will then continue normally.

Troubleshooting

"The information from your text couldn't be extracted"

• Check that your text has at least 300 characters
• Make sure it's a structured job description
• Click "Try again" or skip the step

Fields aren't filled in correctly?

• All auto-filled fields are completely editable
• You retain full control over the final job content
